Day in Los Cernicalos (Telde)



Currently, the only place we can find a natural waterfall in the gorge of kestrels in Gran Canaria. The same is located near the city of Telde. Hiking mandatory destination of Gran Canaria, this trail starts to go slowly and enjoy the natural beauties that include water running off the slopes.

Concurrently with the above, it must state that one of the attractions include large varieties of flora and fauna that can be viewed during the tour including the observation of birds and native birds.
The route is approximately two hours and allows us to go from the reeds that cover the river to the deep pit which is the largest of the waterfalls.
The real attraction of this natural path lies in its biodiversity. Beautiful endemic flora, such as flower bicacarera bell, the blue Bugloss or the starry mauve cliff, splashing appear moist soil under long green cloak that also houses a diverse representation of the island fauna.

This ravine is the peculiarity of having running water all year round, from a well, a feature that directly affects the vegetation by providing it with its main nutrient permanently in the canyon include the following species of birds.
